Estimating Services

New Canadians Lumber Home Building Centre features an in-house estimating department that can work with your plans and help coordinate your project.

Send us a copy of your building plans in PDF format to store@newcanadianslumber.com and our Estimating Team will provide you with a list of material separated by floor; making it easier for any contractor to organize the build.   

Our services will include:

- A detailed takoff list of materials labeled by Section.

- Professional engineered floor layouts for engineered wood products. 

- Roof truss system design. Engineering is included with a depost. Deposit is refunded with purchase of the truss package.

- Our estimating Team will remain with you during your build to help the process run smoothly; from ordering a customized joist fastener to finding unique and innovative products that can better enhance your project.
